Great Experience of Cooking :D

Well, my fish-frying skill used to be so suck!  The fish always stick on the frying pan. Today, i learned a great experience of cooking - frying fish. My auntie is my master. Now, i'm going to share some tips of frying a fish. First, heat the oil until you see smoke. How much is the oil should put depends on how big or how many your fish is. Then, put the fish into the frying pan slowly to avoid the oil bounce which may hurt you. Next, left it  for minutes then only you turn it so that the fish won't stick on the pan. Don't always turn the fish or it will be crushed to pieces. Take it out when the fish is golden-yellow colour. Add a little soy sauce for flavor if you like. Your fish is ready to be served :) Hope that these tips help you :) Hehehehehe~
