How to make Kimchiiiii~ ;)

Well, Chef Vivian is back! As you know, i'm such a BIG fan of KPOP! The topic for this post is KIMCHI. Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. It is Korea's national dish, and there are hundreds of varieties made with a main vegetable ingredient such as napa cabbage, radish, scallion, or cucumber. Kimchi is also a main ingredient for many Korean dishes such as kimchi stew (김치찌개; kimchi jjigae), kimchi soup (김칫국; kimchiguk), and kimchi fried rice (김치볶음밥; kimchi bokkeumbap).*source from wikipedia, i'm lazy to type out word by word :P 

This is the kimchi i bought from market and had my first try on Kimchi. I'm totally addicted to kimchi after the second try on it, i think. Honestly, i was like most of the people(or maybe lil bit?) when first try on it, WEIRD. It's like spicy+sour taste and also a special fermented taste. I don't like it on my first try, but i bought it for about RM16 something, i'm not such food-wasting-people, so i just keep trying to make myself accept the "special taste". It was like a magic, i was addicted to it on my second try, i think the fermented taste caught my taste buds. Since that, i eat kimchi during every meals. Somehow, i suffer of lack of kimchi sometimes. Hahahahahhha! 

I can finish one pack of kimchi within a month, sometimes 2 weeks. So actually i spent lots for it. I think it's a bit expensive for me, so i surf Google and also Youtube to get the recipes and also videos of how to make it and i tried to make it myself on last Tuesday. It's ain't FUNNY! :D

 Hey guys, i know it's late now but my blogging mood is ON. LOL! :P I wanna to share a little FUNNY story here ;) Here we go! My bro's laptop has to use the face recognition to logon, and i'm applying mask when i was logging on the laptop, knowhat?! THE PC DOESN'T RECONIZE ME AND I FAILED TO LOGON! -,- Oh my gosh! Finally i took the laptop and asked my mum to open it for me. LOL! They laughed at me but i don't think this is funny but i was so speechless at that moment. Normally, i spent few seconds to open it and just now i was like spending few minutes, open it in a dark room and then thought it was because of the light problem and take it out to the light and try again but then ended up with FAILED -,- I WAS TOTALLY SPEECHLESS OKAY?! LOL! ;P

Ayo GG! Don't you feel familiar? ;-) Yeah, that's right, it's SNSD latest song I Got A Boy. For Sone, GG stands for Girls Generation, but for me, i mean in this post, GG stands for Guys Guys ;) LOL! Don't ask me why, i also don't know why. Ayo GG, these two words keep popping out from my brain and the sound keeps repeating in my mind. LOL :P Okayyyyy, i'm here just to post a photo, captured by my bro's lenovo laptop cam :-)

Meeeeeeeeerry Christmasss! ★

Well, i know Christmas was passed few days, oh no, a few weeks, Emm, actually is a month ago :P LOL! XD

I did a Korean Style BBQ Christmas Party at my house. The "Korean Style" is like grill the meat, use lettuce to wrap it and also add in rice and some garlic, chili and onion. It's called "ssambap" at Korea. Hehehehe~ One thing that can't be counted less is Soju(Korean Rice Wine). No worry, we're all adults already, no more little kids :) Hahahhha! We also prepared "Ddeokbokki" and sushi. Yea, i'm the chef ;)

We played games after fill up our stomach. Do you guys watch the Korean variety show named Teentop & 100% Rising Brothers? I got an idea from that show and we played it that night. It's like everyone sing a song which has the lyrics of name of animal or food or number depends on what's the theme. Whoever can't sing it within 10 seconds will get punishment which eats the CHILI. Hahhaaha, no worry, the chili ain't spicy okay? LOL ;D We also played "True Or Dare". It's my idea, which choose a M&M Chocolate randomly. If brown colour chocolate is chosen, that means Dare, must pick a task and finish the task while the other colours are True, answer the question given without anything hidden in the heart. I was really like speechless when i found that they eat all the brown colour chocolates up when i was busy with helping Kai Ling to finish her task. If the brown one was finished, means no more Dare. LOL!!!! It's ain't funny anymore and it's not called True or Dare but True instead. Hahahahha! :D So, i change the rule which the BLUE one is Dare. Everyone got to finish the task I prepared lastly except Ei Ling and Mun Yee who went back home early. How lucky they are! Hahahahha!

Gift exchange is like a traditional game i think? Yea, we had this too! My fault, ask them to prepare gift at last minute, so mostly they bring the gift to my house and just use the newspaper to wrap it up :P LOL!!! I got the gift that prepared by Yuyu, it's a soya drink and a angry bird pencil. Hahhahahah~ Thank to her anyway :D

Yea, i'm really a LAZY BUM. I think i'm not exactly a blogger. I don't blog often and i just blog whenever my blogging mood is on and sometimes i blog few posts in a row. Lollll! :P

Well, i'm here again for a very very short post about my korean friend 유채은. We became friend since last year tho we never meet. We just keep in touch by tweeting each other at Twitter. Sometimes, she teaches me Korean language and i teach her Chinese language. :)

Knowhat?! I just got a tweet from her. It's a photo and i was so touched by the photo, especially the words she wrote tho she made some mistakes :P But i still happy with it :D Ain't she's cute? Hehehehehe :) Ohhh~~~ I really wish to meet her at Korea one day. Hope that my wish will come true :)
